Emergency Services

24 / 7 emergency response for commercial HVAC, building controls, and refrigeration. Staffed dispatch and an on-call technician roster, always available. When something fails at 2 a.m., you get a human and a truck, not a voicemail.

How we respond

Staffed dispatch. Real techs. Fast trucks.

Emergency response is a system, not a phone number. Ours is built on staffed dispatch, an on-call tech rotation, and trucks already stocked for the most common failures.

Guaranteed response window

PM customers get a contracted response time — typically 2-4 hours during business hours, 4-8 hours overnight. No PM contract? We still come, just behind the contract holders.

Live dispatch, not voicemail

Calls route to a person — even at 3 a.m. on a holiday. Dispatch triages, pages the on-call tech, and stays on the line until a truck is rolling.

Stocked trucks

Common-failure parts onboard — contactors, capacitors, motors, belts, common refrigerants, control boards. Fewer second trips for the same call.

Mission-critical experience

Data centers, hospitals, life sciences, food distribution — facilities that can't go down. We understand the protocols, the change-control, and the documentation.

Temporary cooling/heating

Equipment rentals when repair time exceeds your tolerance — chillers, AHUs, spot coolers, glycol systems, electric boilers delivered and set.

Post-event reporting

Within 24 hours of any emergency call: root cause, parts replaced, labor hours, recommended follow-up. You get the paper trail your insurer and ownership need.

Why Select for emergencies

The cavalry, not a callback.

Anyone can advertise "24/7 service." Few actually staff it. Even fewer have the parts on the truck, the institutional knowledge of your building, and the relationships to expedite a part from a manufacturer at 11 p.m. on a Friday.

Forty-plus years of Long Island reps means parts houses take our calls after hours. PM customers get priority — the contract is the queue.

  • Live dispatch, never an answering service
  • Local on-call tech rotation — Long Island response stays Long Island
  • Common-failure parts on every truck (HVAC + refrigeration)
  • Mission-critical experience: data centers, hospitals, food cold chain
  • Temporary equipment rentals when repair time exceeds tolerance
  • Post-event reporting within 24 hours
